RESEARCH INTERESTS
I am interested in the mechanics and physics of materials
in processing, working at the interface between the continuum and
the atomistic length scales. I am using a blend of applied mechanics
and materials science as the foundation for design and optimization of
manufacturing processes. I place equal emphasis on experimental, theoretical
and numerical approaches.
